Information You Provide

When you submit a Contact, OEM Private Label, ODM Development or Product Quote form, we collect the information you choose to provide so the Linova-X team can respond to your inquiry.

This may include your name, business email, phone or WhatsApp number, company, country, product category, product model, estimated quantity, target market, project requirements, message, reference file name and the source page URL.

How Inquiry Information Is Used

Inquiry information is used to review sourcing needs, answer product or OEM/ODM questions, prepare follow-up communication and keep the business context of a submitted request.

The website sends inquiry details through a server-side email workflow using Resend. Messages are addressed to the Linova-X inquiry contact at Snow@axdcare.com.

Analytics

The site uses Vercel Analytics to understand aggregate website usage. The site also uses Google Analytics 4 only after a visitor accepts optional analytics.

Analytics events are limited to page paths, inquiry type, product category, product model and event source. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, phone numbers, company names, message text or files to analytics tools.

External Services

WhatsApp links open an external WhatsApp page or app. Email links open the visitor's email application. Those services may process information according to their own policies.

Storage And Retention

The site uses localStorage to remember whether a visitor accepts or rejects optional analytics. Inquiry emails are retained as business correspondence for follow-up and sourcing communication.
